I also read and Im trying to find a good book that is hard to put down for those long, lonely nights when the even the house is asleep and there I lay, wide-eyed and tired. I have read somewhere that if you havent fallen asleep in 20 minutes of going to bed, you need to get up. Or maybe its an hour. I can't remember. So, I would be interested in knowing what everyone else does when insomnia strikes.
