Since my radio frequency procedures I am really wary of using my TENS unit. I had used it on my upper and lower back to help some tension and pain. But I am scared to put it on my neck since this is where nerves are dying as I am sitting here writing, and after the first two procedures, I ended up with the nerve damage I have now. It stems from my neck. So is it a good idea to use it on my neck? Would it calm the nerves down or cause problems. Back when they figured out my headaches stemmed from nerve issues, they suggested that the TENS would numb them, and relieve the pain, which I think it did. But I can barely touch my neck, let alone think about putting electrical currents on it. Any experiences with this or thoughts about what I can do? If it would help, I might try it, but I DO NOT want to make this any worse right now. Thanks!
