Hi there, I have TMD/TMJ problem on the left side only. I have left neck tightness and pain in the left side of shoulders going into the breast area. I been having for the past year now a weird sensation on the left inside of my mouth-left side of tongue, left side of cheek and left side of upper roof of mouth only. It feels so much better when I put in my mouth guard but when I take it out the weird sensation comes back. Seen Neurologists and he said it is TMD and to wear the mouth guard as much as possible to heal the jaw joint. But I can't find anybody who has experienced this weird sensation on the inside of the mouth. I feel so alone with this and I am starting to have some good days now but most of the time it is there. I really don't want to be on any meds as I am very sensitive to them. I think if my posture is bad it gets worse so maybe it is a nerve muscle problem. I see a Chiropractor a lot and still have this problem. When my hubby rubs it I can actually feel it get better but when he stops it goes back. Would cold or heat help out? Thanks so much,MASHlover

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
