Does anyone know or think they know about exercise and its relationship to NF1. I am trying to get/stay fit and I exercise about 4-5 days a week in the gym, and the other days I exercise outside or on my stationary bike. I worry that this is too much. I am not very thin, so I know I am not over exercising, but I have noticed an increase in the number of tumors in the past few years. (Since I began really exercising).
