Does anyone or everyone use to have used Xyrem, and what did it do for you? I just started taking it last night. I didn't wake for the second dose, I find that kinda off, because I don't want to have to disturb my sleep anymore than it already is by having to wake up and take more medication. I mixed it with a generic crystal lite, sugar free thing,, to disguise the taste i guess. It did that, but I could still taste it. I have a headache on and off since then. Has anyone had any recorded weightloss from it?? I would like some weightless, even if its induced by this stuff. Is this Xyrem a forever medication? Does anyone know. Any info would be great. Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That being said, it didn't help me. I felt like I was overdosing on hard drugs every night. I literally could not lift up my head 20 min after taking it. I may have just been having a bad reaction with other medicine I take.
I will say though that I felt refreshed after 4 hours. Unfortunately when I took it I only had 5 hours of time to sleep a night because of my commute to school :-(
