Can someone explain to me what a sleep attack is like for them? I'm stll waiting for the results of my sleep study, so I haven't been diagnosed with narcolepsy. But, I think I have sleep attacks. I'm at the movies, for instance, and I'm fine--watching the moving. All of a sudden, I feel so sleepy and then my head drops and I'm asleep and my husband, who keeps punching me (gently) to wake me up, can't. I never know how the movie ends--it's as if I'm not there.
Is that what it's like for any of you?
Thanks.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Thanks, anyway!
