My doctor will only prescribe 4 months of refills at a time. So I have to go back in for an office visit ($$$) every 4 months just to get my new prescription. In the past, I've had doctors prescribe a year of refills at a time, or 6 months. But 4 months seems a bit extreme to me...I mean come on, I've been taking it for 10 years already. So I'm asking all of you....how many months of refills does you doctor write at a time?? And when they run out do you have to see the doctor in person to get a new script or will he/she call it in for you instead?? Thanks everyone =)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
