I got hired to work 3rd shift as a CNA, to meet my petition requirements to start my clinicals for college, every other weekend. I'm keeping my welding job Tue, Wed, Thurs, days. I need pay the bills! Anyone out there have a suggestion as to how I'm going to pull this off? How I can manage shifting my sleep schedule? Tips? Ideas?? I am going to need advice here guys, I have no choice on this, as newbie CNA's don't get to pick and choose, and..once I'm in clinicals, they are conducted on days, so I will have to work as a CNA 2nd or 3rd anyway. Has anyone attempted to flip their schedules around with any success?? I'm a little worried, and was hoping to get some sage advice here from all you helpful folks! Anything?

This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
