well am gearing up to travel 80 miles one way tomorrow to go to the new doctor, hoping when I walk out I will feel it was worth it. I am still feeling really bad so was sitting here trying to think of something good out of all of this and there is one good thing. When this doctor sees me tomorrow he will be seeing in one of my very worst flares that I have had in a long time, which many times I go to the doctor and it happens that day my muscles are calmer and I feel not so bad so when I try to explain how it can be I think I look like a nut. So I guess if there is anything good about how I feel right now (even though I think good, really good would be not having this CRUD) My whole body is in one big huge knot. Last night I tried to press on trigger points on my rump and the only thing I managed was to make my fingers hurt so bad today I have been soaking them in epsom salts on and off all day. Of course you all know I am a nervous wreak about tomorrow I hate going to doctors and my anxiety is high today with pain and tomorrow facing me. I have a question to you all out there when you are having high pain bad flare do any of you go through chills and then you can be hot and sweaty back into the chills? Going through that today but I also think some gluten got into my system and I know that can do it too. But I do seem to do this with high pain also, I actually took my temp as felt like I must be running a fever but nope.Anyway hope all are having a good day with no pain.
