I have four young girls ranging from ages 1 to 9 and am really struggling with some of the basics. Just looking for some tips on how to manage better with all that needs to be done, ie; dishes, laundry, diapers, cooking, cleaning, handling heavy toddlers, even homework is tiresome. The worst part is I feel like a lousy mom. I used to be so active and take them to parks and museums, but now I feel like I'm in survival mode. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm in the U.S.I've made a list of things I have experienced just this past year (such as hard time breathing walking from my house to car in the heat, numbness of tongue, double vision, sensitivity to light, heavy feeling legs and arms at various times, and more).My neurologist told me MG is treatable, will affect my work, but not qualify....
