What is it about the weather changing that makes us feel so bad?
When it is too hot, I'm tired.
When it is too cold, I hurt and can't bend my fingers or toes.
When the weather is changing, I feel icky all over.
Is there something specific about the temperature or does it have something to with barametric pressure?
I'm starting to wonder if there is any temperature that I would feel good in - if I could find that I'd move to someplace that had that kind of weather. Here is Chicago the weather changes too much!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
sometimes it's the barometric pressure, that affects sinus issues
Does anyone have temperature sensing issues? I can't feel cold or hot on my left side. It's nice in the winter and half of me doesn't get chilled, but it's kinda scary when I put my left hand in really hot water and don't notice.
