Who has pain from their head to their toes?

deleted_user
Hi, I just wanted to hear from people because I am in so much pain from my head to my toes. I had my needle, avonex, today and I am aching all over. Ususally I get sick few days later now I am started all over again and getting sick right away.
I am so depressed, I am in tears, I can barely write this but I think it will make me feel better. I was lying down thinking Why God, what have I done to get this. I have had a terrible life (alcoholic parents, 2 marriages etc etc) How much more do I have to pay. If you loved us God why do you put us through so much pain. We are your children.
I really have lost myself and my religion. I lost respect for people (my so called friends). I have lost hope. Why, why do we have to go through this pain.
Margaret.

I never talked so openly with so many people in my life since being diagnosed. There are so many people all around us who have so many individual afflictions.
The more open I am with my friends, the more I find out they do really care. I hope you are communicating with those who you love and giving them a chance to be there for you and share in your life.
Have a better weekend. Hugs to you. Lorrie
You are going though some big changes in you life. Grief is a part those changes. This is to big to deal with alone. Try to find an MS support group in your area. Tell you doc how depressed you are, see if he knows of a good mental health therapist. Get on the antidepressants. (I think I am on them for life.)
You need an exercise program. Physical therapy is life long with MS. You have to do some from of exercise everyday even if it is just stretching. A giant rubber band is great for resistance training.
I am a Pagan so my view of the Gods is different from Christian thought. Everyone gives the Gods credit when things are good and then we like to blame them for the bad. IMO, we are physical beings. Our bodies work well for the most part, but like all physical things they brake. Like a mechanic told me, its the spinning parts that go first.
In my faith the Gods aren't there to punish us. We are children, so we must learn and grow. The Gods are teachers, they teach us to use the power within ourselves to heal and cope with our physical self. It is hard, but you will learn from the experience, your life will change and you will find balance.
I am not telling you what religion to believe in or what God to worship or not worship, just look within yourself and you will find more strength than you think you had.
