Are there any shoes that help you walk better? I'm having a problem tripping in mine now or not being able to walk without feeling like I have drop foot?
I dont want to buy another pair and waste money so any suggestions will help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good Luck

wanna go shopping together???
I wear Born, Earth, Clarks, and Asics most of the time. I try to get shoes with platform heels so that my foot isn't held at a strange arch but so that my shoes can have some height to them.
Earth shoes have a negative heal in them - which means that the heal is lower than the ball of the foot - so you are forced to stand more erect and have better posture.
I weat the Asics for anything "exercise" related because they were developed by orthopedic surgeons and have the most gel in them possible. They don't come wide though so if you need those, try New Balance which caters to narrow through wide feed and are very comfortable.
Don't wear the same shoes every day. Your feet will be healthier if you switch around,
Arch supports are also something to consider. They can be specially made for your foot and can help you to feel much more balanced when you stand and walk. They are highly recommended for people with neurological disorders and can be covered by insurance if the doc writes a perscription for them.
Here in IL we have a few stores to check out:
Good Feet
Foot Solutions
Walking Spirit
Call a podiatrists office and ask if you have anything like that where you live. Most of these places offer very personal service and won't even let you leave/buy until they are sure the shoes fit properly.
When I am not wearing heals, New Balance sneakers are great.
