I am going back to work December 3 and mostly likely have to work overnight 9pm to 6am. The good thing is it is less stress I deal with no one but me I am the boss, of course the store manager. I am an assitant store manager for a Home Depot. I want to know will working overnight screw up my body and give another relaspe, because I use to do it befose the DX of MS not all the time but very once in a while. I somethings would work 16 to 18 hour days. MS would probably will not allow me to do that, this depresses me. I was a work horse and loved doing it. What is yor advice????

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I can give you this advice, but really it's not my choice, it's yours. Only you know what you can do and what you can't. I hope this helps. :0) God bless!

I always felt it was easier dealing with these MS issues on 12-8. For a while I had to work 6 months of days each year.. I was DX 7/31/02, 8/1/02 my then boss made me permanent 12-8.
