...thought you might find this interesting. My brother in law also has ms. Last summer he fell off of his deck and landed hard flat on his back, knocked the wind out of himself. He wasn't injured but figured he was going to be in rough shape the next day but when he got up he felt great! He had no symptoms whatsoever, hadn't felt that good in years. He stayed symptom free for about 3 weeks. We tease him that when he gets feeling bad we are going to throw him off of his deck again. Weird huh?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
