So I was reading that a lack of vitamin D can be strongly related to MS. The study I read said that it is good to get a little sun and it will lower your risk factors for MS. See, I am a vampire...not literally but I am pale enough to look like one :) and I grew up in Alaska. Not much sun there. This study said that once the damage from lack of vitamin D was done, you can not reverse it. It also said the most crucial time is the first 10 yrs of ur life. I just found that interesting. I was born in England, at 2 I lived in South Carolina but at 4 we moved to Alaska until I was 17. Not much sun opportunities. And, I avoid going out doors in the summer all together. When I go outside in the heat after about 20 minutes or less- I feel zapped and feel like I need a nap. Is that normal?
