I've decided I'm going to try to get healthy. I managed to do 6 miles on the recumbent (stationary)bike just now. I was directly in front of an air vent, and only managed 12 mph, but hey, i'm trying! I'm also considering the paleo diet(or something similar)My mom always thought that I had problem with wheat and dairy when I was a kid,and now I'm finding that I have a problem with soy. Since they are a no-no's on paleo type diets, I thought that might be an obvoius place to start. Don't get me wrong, I'm not planning on going off my Copaxone,but since I'm basically sedentary, and an ice cream hog,(and I can't afford to keep buying pants!) I've decided to get off my butt and do something about it! I know I may never be my high school size, but darn it, I wan OUT of plus-size clothes!
