Does it ever feel like you just can't get enough sleep? I feel like it doesn't matter if i get 12 hours or 5 hours of sleep, i feel the same. I always need naps during the day. And if i work, forget it, i'm useless for the rest of the day. I drink coffee, but that helps for about the first hour, but the again, when i wake up, i'm wide awake for the first hour and then i take a nap...any suggestions?

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things.
