this will be my last post. i don't want the negativity that goes along with speaking your mind in here. i have way bigger battles to fight then MS. i'm sorry that i offended anyone in here. it was the last thing i wanted to do. to those of you who supported me thank you so very much. to those of you who scrutinize good luck to you too. thanks again.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i wish you and yours all the best.

Having said that, you were extremely rude and insulting. I do hope you find the help you need.
Don't leave. We all have bad days. You apoligized and the people here will be big enough to FORGIVE. I told you (in orig posting) if you need us people here will open their arms to you. We all have bad days and I believe you just typed that original posting at a bad time. Some days I have so much anger - I think why is life so unfair to us. I see you as a "very strong person" and we really need to help the new people. Think back to how many ?'s you had when you were newly dx'd. You have friends here..always remember that.
I'm sorry too that she is leaving, but I hope she understands that the MS community is for people with MS to worry about what's going on with them, to cry when they need to and not be told they can't.
