What does a typical day of MS feel like for most? I know everybody is different and at different stages of the disease, but since I don't have anyone else to compare it to, and the doctor is not convinced the lesions are MS until he does the LP, I just want to see if how I am feeling is consistent or similar to others. For me, I feel like I am "coming down with something" a lot, like achey, my muscles hurt. They cram up at night too, but he gave me Baclofen two days ago. I can't remember anything anymore and I am 39 y/o, I feel like I am in a fog a lot o f the time, just very disconnected from things, I use the restroom a lot, like every 15 minutes. I have really bad headaches, almost daily. When I wake up, I am ready to go back to bed. Sometimes the fatigue is beyond just being tired, I have no choice but to go to bed, but a lot of days its just like "i cant wait until bedtime!!!" I have had two episodes of really bad vertigo this month, the world was spinning around me and I felt like I was going to puke. I have really bad Le Hermittes sign, when I bend my head forward, that is what took me to the doctor originally. Electrical sensations radiate all the way down to my toes, my back, my arms and my hands. I get numb in my back and it wraps around to my abdomen and my hands andlegs go numb for long periods of time. Well,I guess that is enough for now, that is the big stuff. No problems with vision yet. which seems to be something that a lot of MSers deal with. Thanks for reading my rambling and thanks for your input!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
