The Neuro called. The MRI I had done on Monday, without contrast, came back with no signs of any lesions.
So, needless to say, I feel totally crazy because all this stuff that is happening is coming from what?
Any recommendations at this point?

Just because you had a negative MRI doesn't mean that what you're experiencing isn't real. Spinal taps, evoked potentials, and lab work are all possible "next steps," as is a new MRI in 6 months or so.
Take it a day at a time and continue to educate, and be an advocate for yourself. I wish you the best!

Sorry if I sound a little pissy but I worked in radiology for 5 years.
Well I hate to say wait but wait until you are actually having a flare up. It generally lasts for weeks and months so dont worry about missing it. The reason they say they didn't find anything is because they didn't find anything active. So wait. Then they will be able to tell. Only after you have been diagnosed with active lesions can they see the damage of the lesions. Hope this helps.
