Last time I was on steroids in the hospital I was on the IV steroids. after I returned home I woke up with threash in my mouth, yes you heard me right, threash... havent heard of that sence my boy's were baby's. well I just finished another round of steroids for another attack but took a different kind this time. took it from home, starts with a D and had to be made at a compound pharmacy. 200 mg a day for 3 days. well I woke up yesterday with the side of my tongue hurting and my first thought was, I hope it's not the thresh. the pain got worse threw the day so I called neuro to let them know I thought the same thing was happening as last time with threash. he called me in another antibiotic mouth wash like last time. I have taken one dose but now my tongue feels swollen, it hurts so bad to eat, talk, or anything. last time I had white spots all in my mouth and tongue, this time it's just a white coating on my tongue and it looks a little swollen but the pain is worse. Im sure I cant be haveing an allergic reaction 2 days after comeing off the roids. Im sure it's just the thresh again but just wondering if anyone else here has experienced this with the roids.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I hope you're feeling better soon!
