Does anyone have problems with severe cramping and spasms? I have been prescribed clonazepam for this. It seemed to help, with a small side effect of fatigue in the morning. It was working so well, I thought I was "over" it, so I stopped taking them. Ah...big mistake, by the end of day three I was in agony. Does anyone do PT for this? Will they ever go away? Does the warm heating pad. cool ice back trick work?
