I have applied for benefits and have been denied two times. Does anyone have any suggestions for helping my claim? I have been a court reporter for 14 years and am unable to do my job on a consistent basis due to fatigue, extreme nausea, headache and upper body weakness. I am very frustrated. I am at the hearing stage and do have an attorney now. I'm trying to get my neuro on the same page as me and have an appt. with her Friday to fill out her paperwork and see what her opinion on the matter is. Any suggestios or past experiences would be helpful.
