just got home from neuro and looks like Im haveing another exscerbation, 2nd one in 4 months.
He said unfourtunetly this happens sometimes with ms patients in their first year. I asked him if I could please take the roids from home this time instead of the hospital and he agreed to try it from home first. he did tell me to be prepared to be in this a few months and the best I can do is rest. I have talked to my work and as always they are willing to work with me. I just want to say Im sorry in advance if I dont return messages and reply to journals for awhile. as soon as I start to feel better you know I will be back here in full swing.............

We understand, these exacerbations are terrible. I am going through one as well, week 3. The things is I can't take steroids... so I have to ride it out.

I hope you get to feeling better quickly!

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
