I have just read a really interesting article in Neurology Now. It said that 30% of people with MS also have a sleep disorder. They are not sure if it's symptom of MS or not. I have horrible sleep problems. One night I will sleep okay (about 5 hours or so) and then next, i wont sleep at all. How about all of you?? Have you found anything that works for your sleepless nights?? Any input would be appreciated.
