1) L-Tryptophan is essential amino acid. Many people find that one or two 500mg capsules at bedtime helps them get to sleep - and stay that way until the alarm sounds. It seems to work very well AND there are no groggy side effects. Also, it is impossible to ever become addicted to a natural, essential amino acid.
2) Relora Plex is very helpful in calming the adrenals and allowing a person to get some rest. This product is derived from magnolia and philodendron - plus a small amount of some B vitamins.
3) Melatonin - do dependancy issues but it can eleveate sugar levels slightly so do not take if you are a diabetic or boarderline diabetic
