I was diagnosed last year (RRMS), but told by my doctor I probably started having issues in my early 20's...I started getting acne when I was 24. No issues prior. Just wondering if anyone else has acne problems and if it could possibly be MS related? I have times when my skin totally clears up for a few months, and then I go through a few months of horrible break-outs...Maybe it's just the weather, but thought I'd throw this out there, just in case :)

could be the weather, but I'd think it would be more spring/summer than winter

I was good for about 8 mos. Then last October I started having break outs again. So going on over a year of dealing with it. Probably just a part of getting older, but you'd think I would've got the bad skin stuff in high school???

My skin has gotten so much worse in my adulthood, I think everyone who told me I'd grow out of it should be shot! I use the good ol' Proactiv...it helps a lot! xoxoxo

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
