Just wondering if anyone else has issues with showering because of MS. I have a lesion on my spine which is causing pins/needles/numbness in my legs and stomach. Showering is the worst! I guess it's the constant stream of water hitting me... but my legs/back/stomach feel as though they completely lock up as soon as the water starts hitting me. Doesn't matter how hot or cold the water is. I know I have read how swimming is supposed to be a good form of exercise if you have MS. I was just curious if any of you guys and gals felt like this with water..
