The last MRI I had was in August. It showed about 5-6 lesions. After that I had my spinal tap and was finally diagnosed. It's been 8 months since my last MRI. I haven't started on any CRABs yet because I'm waiting on NORD to see if they'll help me pay for some of the Avonex shots. I've had new symptoms, but no recent relapses. My doc hasn't told me to have another MRI, but I want to make sure we monitor the MS as closely as possible. I'm wondering if I should push to get an MRI. I would hate to have an MRI in a year and find "new" lesions, have to switch meds, and not be totally sure that the lesions didn't form before I started on Avonex.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
