Again, I'm hearing that large doses of BIOTIN (a vitamin B), helps stop Progressive MS and has turned it around in some cases. Yes unfortunately it has been really affected!! Have none what so ever! Still working on how to improve it too!! Good Luck, hope you finds some help with this issue and if I do I will share :-)

I think playful exploration with your partner is key. I know when I first had issues, my confidence plummeted, even though I still desired sex. I felt like I couldn't trust my body anymore. That was more of a hurdle than the physical challenges, given that arousal starts in the brain!
