Wowee what a ride!! I used to love real rollercoasters because as I was in the car being pulled up to the first down, it was sooo exciting and scary. I don't do real rollercoasters anymore because my body got beat up in a car accident. Now, I'm afraid my head would go rolling off in one direction while the rest of my body stayed in the car.
The MS rollercoaster is not nearly as fun as the real thing. I don't appreciate having the crap scared out of me on the down swings. I do love the ups though. I love being able to do more than I thought I could do after flare damage. I love dragging myself out of bed in the morning to get to the pool to prove I can still swim an hour. I love that there are medications that make reduce the pain, depression, spasms, and mind freakiness.
Currently, I just experienced one of those, o so frightening loop-d-loos and my car got stuck out on the track! However, I can see the track forward and it is just straight for now. I'm waiting for the flare to subside and I'm waiting to get out of the car, even for a brief moment so I can go pee. Well, I suppose that is a whole other little bump in the coaster.
Here's hoping all of you are having an easy ride today.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i remember the first time i tried steroids(oral kind) i was like wow can i take that pill every day lol. but the next time it didn't work as well as the first
The rollercoaster never stops I think... I'd like to get off and stay off, but just for a little while I can open my eyes without doing some loops
