I feel like this is such a silly question, but I'm going to ask it anyway. I have recently been diagnosed with RRMS. When you have an exacerbation your symptoms get much worse, that much I have readily figured out. So, in the remitting phase are the symptoms completely gone or just not quite as bad? I'm exhausted, ditzy, and tingly and hoping that will beging to get better soon. I've done the solumedrol and am starting on copaxone today.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Same goes with tierd muscles, remember they only feel tierd..
