just got off of the phone with my neuros. asst. let her know whats been going on with me with this devestating fatigue. Had to leave work today after 5 min. of being there. I have been in bed for 3 day's now. my skin is burning and my limbs are so weak. I have never suffered this bad, not even my attack back in aug. she talked to neuro thinking he would want to start steroids, she called me back and said he dosnt want to start roids he would rather see me in his office on mon. I just had a mri a month ago and cant afford another one so Im not sure what else he could do by seeing me in the office. he stated to the nurse that he thinks this may just be the nature of the course of my disease, Im not sure what that means. Im feeling alittle helpless here and just not sure what to do.....

I made shepherd's pie again last night. I think I've got it down to the easiest, laziest way possible to make it and takes maybe 20 minutes. I used to put worcestershire sauce in mine but I didn't last night and it was still good.Lately I've been shopping at a cheap basic store similar to Aldi. I've learned to say whatever the hell comes to mind - it's my life, my body and he doesn't know what I'm going through unless I make sure he does. Does that make sense? Hang in there. Communicate and if you're not happy with this one, always remember a second opinion is a healthy idea.

When you first start out, you may not "feel" like it, but the more you thank God for His goodness, the more you think about the good things that He has done for you. You begin to smile, you just can't help it! Then the more you think about His goodness, the happier you get! "The joy of the Lord is your strength!!!!!!" If you need strength, praise God, "God inhabits the praise of His people!" "In His presence, there is fulness of joy!"
"A merry heart doth good like a medicine!" all these qoutes are from the Bible. This is my little secret to feeling better. I sure hope this helps. God bless you.
