1. Unclutter your life. If something isn't worn in a year, get rid of it. Donate clothing. Any files accumulating, anything just clutter, get rid of it.
2. Clear your calendar of any unwanted & unnecessary activities & obligations. Learn to say "NO". Don't die with the music still in you.
3. Be sure to keep Your Free time Free -- why go to meetings & gatherings you don't like.
4. Take time out for meditation.
5. Return to the simplicity of nature. Be outdoors. Take time, even if it's just a walk around the block.
6. Put some distance between you and your critics. Don't allow yourself to be subjected to the criticisms of others. "What you think of me is none of my business." "Be Independent of the good opinion of others"
7. Take time for your health.
8. Play. Have fun. Be silly. Be childlike.
9. Slow down. "There's more to life than making it go faster" - Gandi. Slow yourself down when driving, don't be in such a hurry.
10. Do everything you can to remove debt from your life. "It's on its way"
11. Don't worry so much about cost - don't put monetary figure on everything in your life.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Thanks for the info!
2)My calendar has been clear for a year, except for doctor's appt. If I feel up to doing something thats a treat.
3)Since I got MS, I don't get invited that much to gatherings, not because I'm not fun because..dammit I am, but because no one wants to pick me up and drive, oh and pay for whatever, since I no longer work, which takes care of #11.
Ok point is I do #12 and #4 and#9 is a no brainer because I have to slow down!.lol..I do try and do #8 whenever up to it. Maybe after Jan, when I see the specialist I'll be able to get some meds such as LDN and try to get back to life.
He explains a lot more on the DVD, but I thought this was a good summary to share. I need to work on #1 since Feb 06 when I was suddenly on my own
Also, "Opinions are like ***holes, everyone has one."
Words to live by.
