Someone started a discussion here somewhere about our best friend Mark (from Maine). He was diagnosed with MS when he was 29 and died this past September from ALS. I found it accidently doing a google search for something else and now can't find it. (Can someone help). It was about the documentary "Steak Night" that someone did about him and his passion for cooking and eating. Anyhow, I do want to continue to share something that Mark shared with many of his MS friends around the country. Mark was spiraling toward a wheelchair back in 98 or so, when my husband introduced him to OPC-3 (a natural product that you mix with water and drink). My husband takes it for his autoimmune illness. Mark began taking it and it completely turned his life around. This ticked all of us off, but his Neurologist was astounded with his progress (he even went skiing!) but would not give any credit to this product--the only thing he was doing differently. Mark began sharing his story with other MS patients he was in contact with around the country and many of those have amazing stories to tell as well. It is available at www.letsinc.net and if you mention that you have MS (or any other autoimmune illness) and ask to buy it at wholesale, it will be sold to you that way. If you reply back to this message and ask for Mark's dosage, I will check with Nancy to find out what it was. (Nancy is also an RN). If you have access to My Space, I believe Nancy has posted "Steak Night" on there. It is a professionaly done interview that was done with Mark last summer, before he died. My husband, Phil, is in the video with him. It's very touching and shows the life and courage of a great man. We miss him terribly. Blessings to all of you.
