I have just started my testing for MS. I have a lot of symptoms but the one I have not had yet to experience is muscle spasm in my legs I have been getting them for a number of years in my neck and back. My question is last night I got in the shower and the water was pretty hot (the way I like it)when I got out and walked into my bedroom got dressed as I was walking out of the room I got this pain in my calf close to back of my knee It felt like I pulled a muscle. I still have that pain this morning it hurts when I walk and when I move my foot up and down. Is this what they call a flair? Should I be careful taking hot showers? Any one experienced this? Hope everyone has a good day and at least one day with out pain. Thanke you for reading this.
