I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Just to say I'm here for you..Try and take one step at a time. I think sometimes the not knowing is worse. If and when you know then you go from there. There is help and support here..and from your doctors..
Hang in there, let me know
pages and bios to learn whose here and what their disabilities are.
My heart goes out to you - I think where you are is the hardest part. I was just diagnosed in August and I remember those days - I would cry worrying about the future. I just started treatment yesterday - shot didn't even bother me which was a surprise. I feel more optimistic than I have in months b/c I know I'm doing what I can about it. Try to let your husband be there for you - he's probably as scared as you are and you can comfort eachother. Hang in there! -Diane
