Whenever I exert myself at all I have nerves racing throughout my body. I am supposed to exercise faithfully everyday but anything I do I get this feeling and it lasts quite a long time. Even vacuuming, walking, stairs cause this to happen. My question is, should I continue to exert myself or is it a bad thing to have my nerves racing. I just don't want to do anything to make myself worse faster. Thanks!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Rest/Naps really do work for me. Good Luck! my friend :>)
Feels like nerves are jumping all over?
I have been feeling this for days and not do anything and feel it. It will drive ya bonkers.
I think it is demilen of the nerves and firing gets interrupted, I get the shakes sometime like a volcanic eruption is about to accrue.
