I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

*if I start taking Tylenol (or the like) at the START, I can control it almost always
*if I'm stressed out, it is going to get worse. Period.
*sometimes, if I have a chance to really talk about what a drag it is, including my rage or frustration about it, it lessens by the end of the day
* it is the worst in February, which coincides with the worst of winter, and the most sedentary time of year for me.
Does any of that help? Keep talkin!
I'm taking Paxil for stress and anxiety and it has been a miracle for me.
