Anyone ever find a book that deals with day to day adjustments and problem solving? I find MS publications too busy being rosy, and not sharing nitty/gritty info.
I am new to figuring out what's not being said. IE: Currently, I am having eye attacks. If I get out of the light, put cold washcloths on eyes, pain leaves and I get over it. Sometimes this takes days or up to five weeks. I don't feel these eye attacks caused by becoming too warm, rather, by unexpected bright light entering eye(s). What are your experiences?
Is there a web site where some form of research is being done on MS patients by asking thousands of background questions to find common denominator, outside of genetics, amongst us?
