I called today to set up an appointment for an MRI of my spine and when I told the lady on the phone what the doctor had requested she made me wonder how long I was actually going to be in the machine...My doctor wants and MRI with and without contrast. Does that mean that I'm going to have 2 MRI's done that day? I can hardly sit still for one, let alone 2! I'm getting it done this Saturday and now I'm getting anxious about it and that is never a good thing...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
like d lee says they pull you out for a bit to stretch.
I do two things cause I am claustrophobic
1) Tell tech just to say something every now and then
he does
2) he puts a wash cloth on my eyes before I go in.
When I had 4 done at the hopsital (3 done in same time) the tech put that wash cloth on my eyes and it calmed me.
It is hard to sit still
But glad you are going. Let me know how you are when you get results.
