When I saw my neurologist today we talked about my wanting to stop Tysabri. He understood and agreed. He is setting me up with an appointment with a different neurologist in the practice that has a fellowship in MS and can suggest other treatments. My dr. told me that since I began have MS symptoms 10 years ago I have essentially had it for 10 years even though I wasn't dx. until 2004. He told me that there is a good possibility that I switched from RR to 2ndary Progressive. But that only time will tell now that I am not currently taking any medication. Those of you that are 2ndary Progressive, how did you know or how different did you feel when you flipped to a different type? Is it much different? What should I be looking for?
