I already started a thread on stress, but this one is to ask for ways to protect ourselves from and handle stress. My elderly mother has been in the hospital for colon cancer surgery all week with surgery today, and my daughter just called to say she is getting divorced and she and 20 month old granddaughter need to move home. I've been handling the surgery, in and out of hospital, and calling everyboy okay, but since my daughter called both my arms went numb. Oh, yeah, my sister flies in to help with mom tomorrow and will be staying with us.
