Man this is really starting to get hard. I am not sure if this is normal but i am now starting to feel really woozy in the head its hard to describe. Ive been doing what everyone keeps telling me to do and that is drink more fluids but im still getting headaches. I ended up in Hospital Thursday night because of a bad migraine and i was off balance well had been for 2 days prior to the migraine. I have to call my Neurologist tomorrow as they told me at the Hosptial i need another MRI scan to see what is going on. I am tired all the time and i really cant handle this anymore.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Way back when I first began having MS sx but didn't know that I had MS (some 30 yrs ago) I had migrains constantly. Then years later I finally had a dr. put me on Amitriptlyene (Elavil) and I would take one before bed. It did 2 things, helped me sleep better (way too much overall pain) and also decreased my migrains. I stopped taking Elavil last yr. because it was not helping me sleep as well but I rarely get a migrain anymore. Although, today I seem to be getting a migrain! But I am on Cymbalta now for anxiety and neuropathy pain and can't take Immitrex while on that. Dang! Sure wish I could! Hope the Tylenol works or it is going to be a long week. They usually last at least 4 days and I work full time too.
I have RR also so know the ups and downs of this. Please know you will feel better once you become familiar with what to expect and what works for you and what doesn't. Not that that means that you find something that works, then the next time you use it, it will work again. That is the one of the problems with MS. Nothing is certain except that you have MS.
We all know where you are at and how frightening these flare ups can be because we all have been there done that!
Stay here in this safe friendly environment and everyone will help you out and give you support.
I read this daily and get encouragement from just reading and seeing everyone else is doing and it helps me.
Hope you are feeling better soon.
