I have just been diagnosed. Does anyone have any help or suggestions as to what medication is the most helpful in delaying the disease? I am also looking for any good guides to diets and supplements. If anyone can help me get the ball rolling I would be grateful.

As far as supplements, I take calcium because I don't drink MILK. I take Flax Seed, because of the oxidants. I take L-Lysine because my Nuerologist swears by it, and I work out regularly.
