Does any one know anything about long term disability? I have a job I really like, but the stress of having to commute 45 minutes with terrible leg spasms is just getting to be too much! I could work at home, but I think it will be an up hill battle. I have LTD through my company that pays out 60%(taxed) of my salary. Taking a 40% paycut is concerning, but doable w/minor changes. This doesn't affect my health insurance in any way does it? I'm truly clueless on this subject and want to educate myself before I make a decision to apply. I really don't have anyone that I can go to at work without the concern of "others" finding out that I'm looking into it.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
