Does anyone suffer from excruciating lower back pain? I\'m not sure if it\'s related to the MS, but I am barely able to walk, sleep, sit...let alone sneeze or cough without intense pain. I imagine it\'s from muscle weakness in legs/back. I take Baclofen at night for spasticity, but it doesn\'t relax any muscles in my back.

Since my spasms have been extreme and chronic since my last relapse 5/06, that is does correlate with my MS, in that the spasms can leave the spine very vulnerable to problems such as these.
I get spinal injections for now, until they get bad enough for surgery.
The pain you describe sounds an aweful lot like mine, so I really do think you should look into getting some MRI's down there. I hope you feel better, in the meantime, be careful!
I stretch and do yoga for it. Or atleast I was doing yoga, LOL I lost my yoga disc and can't find it.
