Everytime I walk to someplace in my house and happen to look away for just a second, I look back and I'm walking straight into something. What's the deal with that?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I also can't close my eyes in the shower. If I do, and tip my head to rinse my hair, I fall over too...I've learned to be very, very careful.
If I move my head too fast at anytime, bad things happen. I stumble, get dizzy, generally topple over. You're not alone. -Jen
I have to be very careful, especially when I have to step over something, I will topple if I don't stratigically monitor each movement and then still it happens...lol
