YOU KNOW SOMETIMES, I FEEL LIKE I GET NOTHING DONE IN A DAYS TIME, SO NOW I MAKE A LIST AT NIGHT OF 6 THINGS THAT I WANT TO GET DONE THE NEXT DAY, THEY'RE NOT ALL LARGE THINGS BUT AN EXAMPLE IS DUST THE END TABLES, OT STRAIGHTEN UP A CABINET, OR SCRUB THE TOILET, AND I NOTICE THAT I FEEL REALLY GOOD, LIKE I ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING THAT DAY. NOW MY BIG JOBS ARE LAUNDRY AND GROCERY SHOPPING, SO I MAY NOT GET SIX THINGS ACCOMPLISHED ON THOSE DAYS, BUT ITS SOMETHING. TRY IT, YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT.
